Our Story
2011
The founder, Usman, gains a place at the prestigious Oxford University. Naturally, this led to requests from the community for help in achieving success in their own education.
2013
As the requests began to increase, a group of academics came together to realise an educational model that could help many achieve success to a high standard. Ucademy officially began teaching GCSE and A-level tutorials, and the company name Ucademy was born.
2018
The company develops its unique Artificial Intelligence and benchmarking tool, never before used in the tutoring industry to help identify areas of strength and weakness for students.
2019
Ucademy expands its offerings to multiple areas across Birmingham and outside.
2020
Ucademy begins to offer courses to international students in a wide array of subjects.
2024
With a team of over 50 across the world, Ucademy delivers on its promise of a grade A/A* guarantee year in and year out.

I did the biology, chemistry and maths masterclass with Ucademy, the tutors here ensure a solid foundation of understanding of the content through interactive weekly sessions per subject where tutors go through topics and go through practice questions with the students. In addition to this, there are accountability sessions every week to ensure that each student is on top of their work set by Ucademy, students can also track their own progress in each subject through the benchmarking spreadsheet.
The tutors here are incredibly supportive and treat each student as an individual making sure that no one in the class is left out. Ucademy also helped me with my medical application through the UCAT masterclass as well as helping me directly with my UCAS application. In the end, I achieved A*AA and I am going off to study Medicine at UCL this September. I am very grateful to Ucademy for their help throughout this journey and would highly recommend this to anyone aiming for top grades in their exams.
I was struggling a lot with how I can revise effectively, and there's a free course on the Ucademy website named 'Grade 9 secrets' and it really gives great tips and advice! Ucademy has a youtube channel that has videos containing detailed advice and subject-specific advice on how to achieve Grade 9. If you are stuck on how to approach revision and what you should be doing to achieve top grades, then you definitely need to check out Ucademy!
